Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 10xTrade platform and services provided through 10xtrade.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 10xTrade.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. 10xTrade reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time.
3. Trading Services
10xTrade provides an online platform for trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on various financial instruments including but not limited to forex, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. All trading is conducted through our online platform. 10xTrade acts as the counterparty to all client trades.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Please refer to our separate Risk Disclosure document for detailed information.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify 10xTrade of any unauthorized use of your account. 10xTrade will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property on the 10xTrade platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data, are the property of 10xTrade or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
10xTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
10xTrade reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to 10xtrade.net. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
